Wednesday - Art Table Fun

 Painted papers are the focus here today. I did a slew of mostly solid colors. At first I tried writing down the combination I used when I was blending, but then the focus became "let's see what these colors make!".

Good grief! That's a lot of painted papers!! But what fun I had!!!! I have no idea how I'll use these yet. This was the first step. The next step is to start working on collage art and think: "that reddish orange painted paper I did would look great here". Taking pieces of these, adding them to maybe a collage that needs a focal point, might be how I use them most. I like to cut out circles from papers like these and add them to collage.

Here's some cards I've been working on using the sheets I glued together. Some are larger than these cards, but most fit one size or another when I trim them down. Adding doodles and then finding the perfect quote is pretty cool too. I used the grommet tool for a few as well. Neat-oh.

 

My first favorite out of the group above. I just love the colors here. The words are pretty cool too.

Second favorite: "no journey is too great if you find what you seek"
