Happy Monday!

I'm working on my Etsy listings tweeking the titles and descriptions (with a little help from AI!) and have quite a few to go yet. However, this one is updated and was smiling at me prettily so I thought I'd share.

Mosaic Monday - Wine Bottle Mosaic Art

Wine Bottle Mosaic Art, Blue and White, Flower with Vines, Recycled, Upcycled, Wedding, Birthday, Housewarming, Boho, Hippie, Christmas 

 

 

Materials: dish tiles, ball chain, empty wine bottle

Dimensions: Height: 13 Inches
 

One of my empty wine bottles has become a piece of beautiful mosaic art!

The flowers and vines climb around the bottle from the neck to the base. Done in all dish tiles, hand cut to fit, I've made something headed for the recycling bin into a piece of nifty art. The neck has some ball chain wrapped around it, topped with 3 blue pieces of square glass tiles and a flower from the dishes used on the very top. My signature peace sign has been included.

Gift it, keep it, but please enjoy it. I love taking objects headed for the recycling bin or dumpster and turning it into a mosaic.

Would make a great retirement gift, wedding gift, birthday gift, or a just because gift.

Measures 13 inches high.

This beautiful candle holder soothes the soul and spirit just by looking at it. Depending on the light source, you'll see the blue green colors the best in the bottom part of this holder in daylight or the combined beauty of colors I used for it by candlelight. The top portion reminds us of water, the blue gentle waves can almost be heard when you study it. The bottom could be seaweed, swaying as the soft waves move it from left to right.

One of my favorite mosaics is being featured here today. This is one of the newest listings I have on Etsy.

A bright star in silver mirror with a cool red and silver center focal piece of decorative glass surrounded by red glass that was once a broken vase cover this 4-1/2 inch piece of mosaic wall art. The sides have silver mirror and are grouted. A nifty piece of twine is attached for hanging.

I personally love hanging these kinds of mosaics near a light source. Natural light is the best to get the sun's reflective qualities on the mirror. A light show like no other spread all across walls and ceiling on a bright and beautiful day.

This would work really well in a baby's room, small child's room either boy or girl. If your children share space: bedroom or play area, this would fit right in. It's the day after Mother's Day and we're still reeling from all the love and appreciation we've received this past week from family, friends and customers. I'm feeling especially blessed and very grateful today.

I really enjoy putting mosaics on switch plate covers.

Suns are the most fun! I love to mosaic them and putting one on this double switch plate cover not only brightens up the room but adds art in an unexpected place.
