Some of the paintings I've been working on have turned out so well that I've been able to reproduce them for Society6. I'm not sure how pixelated they will be on the bigger things (shower curtains, duvet covers) but I think the pillows, iPhone cases and tote bags, along with the original print itself (shown below framed) would look pretty cool. "Autumnal Bliss" on Society6

This is my favorite time of year. The autumn leaves bring cooler temperatures (we call it sweater weather) and the smells of wood burning in neighboring fireplaces pierce the air. The squirrels go crazy when they see pumpkins on porches and eat until they are fat and ready to nap --- often right inside the pumpkin they've nibbled on for hours. The wind swirls the leaves around the ground making them dance, dodge and weave. It's magical.

I'm working on the 2nd Etsy Shop these days, taking all the framed art out and replacing them with art prints. I gotta say I think giving the customer freedom to decorate the piece of art in their own styled frame (not included) is a great idea. While I may like the dark frames on most of my photo art, there is such a great selection of colors and styles in frames made by some true craftspeople that should be given the chance to shine. Some of them are even available through Etsy!

Because I'm not able to pick just one of my favorites to share, I'm sharing three. :)

Promo Blast!

BIG news this morning! My second shop on Etsy, CindyWhitePhotoArt is officially OPEN! Yay!!! This shop will be filled with my art photo prints as framed prints, home decor items, gifts for yourself or those on your gift giving list all year round.

I'm sharing photos today of items that are or soon will be available in the new shop. I'm so pleased that the art photo print items have taken off so well. It is time to give them their own place to shine. Plus the mosaic shop will have some new mosaics in it too. This gives my brain a way to keep them separate and allow them all to get noticed.

So many new items, plus the old favorites: pillow covers, mugs, totes and note cards will be in this shop dedicated to my art photos. The art photo items in EarthMotherMosaics will be slowly moved from it to the new shop. Keep that in mind when you're looking for these things. They aren't gone; they've just been moved!
