Crescent Moon Mosaic

 

Materials: stained glass, mirror, amethyst stones

Dimensions: Height: 12 Inches

Swirling Moon Amethyst has beautiful hues in purple and silver mirror in swirls. In a few spots, I placed small pieces of amethyst stones. All stained glass and mirror were hand cut by me. Grouted in plum, the sides and back are painted in a dark brown. There's a felt pad at the bottom back to protect your walls from scratches. A thin piece of jute allows it to hang easily on the wall.

Perfect for a birthday, wedding, anniversary, housewarming, holiday. Anyone who loves purple and celestial designs will absolutely LOVE this crescent moon.

Gift to a special someone or save it for yourself. As long as it's enjoyed, it's job is done.

My signature, a peace sign charm, has been added. A felt pad has been attached so the painted back will not scratch your walls. Signed and dated.

Mosaic Stained Glass Candle Holder, Ocean Theme, Mosaic Vase, Spa, Wedding, Birthday, Anniversary, Collectible, Glass-on-Glass - 3.5 inches

This beautiful candle holder soothes the soul and spirit just by looking at it. Depending on the light source, you'll see the blue green colors the best in the bottom part of this holder in daylight or the combined beauty of colors I used for it by candlelight. The top portion reminds us of water, the blue gentle waves can almost be heard when you study it. The bottom could be seaweed, swaying as the soft waves move it from left to right.

Perfect to use with a candle as a centerpiece on your table. We think this would make a great addition to an at-home spa or give the illusion that your ordinary bathroom could become one.

Ho boy! Can you believe how fast this year has gone?? Can you believe it's almost Halloween? And after that ... WHAM ... Thanksgiving and Christmas follow quickly on its heels. Sheesh!!

In preparing for some items for the Etsy shop for the holidays, I realized some folks might just like to see an inexpensive gift that would work well as a hostess gift. Today, I'm sharing some cool and most definitely groovy coasters. Enjoy.

Beautiful mosaic two coaster set made using an unusual assortment of tempered or crash glass, acrylic paint and glitter. The grout is white and gives these coasters a truly magical appearance.

The photos [on Etsy] show the work-in-progress creating these coasters, starting with the paint, glitter, adding tempered glass and finally the finished product after grouting.

These coasters could also be used as individual candle holders or displayed in a sunny window so that the light shines spreading rays of light throughout any room.

Each coaster is 4 in. x 4 in.

The bottom of the coasters have small felt pads to keep your furniture from scratching.
