Wednesday - Art Table Fun

I've been trying to use some of my painted papers on cards every day. Some days I make 3-5 while other days I'm lucky if one comes through. Explanations of some of what's on the table this week are under each photo below. The rest will be shared on Friday.

New alcohol ink markers have been organized along with the old ones and now I have a nice selection of colors to use for my doodles once again. Yay! We like this one because it has cats hidden among the flowers.

This reminds me of an autumn sweater. I like it!

Some play time with the Gelli plate happened this week. A few new acrylic paints, magenta and bronze, are now part of the arsenal. The design on the painted paper on the right was achieved by using plastic bubble wrap that inflated. Look at that detail! Can't wait to rip it up for collages.

The colors on this painted paper and the one above on the left (from the same pull - rare that I can get two pulls without having them rip!) are so nifty. I used an egg carton bottom for this design.

Card using painted papers, handmade circle stencil and ink stamps.

Live, Create, Tell the Story - painted paper, acrylics, stamps, stencils, Posca paint pens.

Cleaning off the stencils I used created what is called "ghosts". I love that! I put them on deli paper so they'll go over a paper and it will still come through seeing it underneath. Nice technique and fun to use.

Enjoy the journey.
